Only Apparel is eligible for replacement if it meets one of the following conditions,

  1. The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. The product has missing parts or accessories
  3. The product is different from what was ordered
  4. The product is different from product specification mentioned on the website
  5. Size Issue (Apparel only)
  1. You must initiate a replacement request within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered. We reserve the right to decline/reject a request if the above mentioned pre-requisites are not met.
  3. The replacement item will be shipped through standard shipping once the item is returned, received and verified by the Audi India Dealer. Audi India's decision will be considered as final on the verification process.
  4. In case of non-availability of product for replacement of damaged/defective products, a full refund will be issued via the same source that you used to pay for the order.
  5. In case of apparel, you can only request for a size change of the same product. However, in case of non-availability of the requested size, you may choose to get another apparel of the same or lesser value. Alternatively, you may request a refund. In this case, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges via the same source that you used to pay for the order.


  1. Log in to Audishop and go to your 'orders' section under my account.
  2. Click on 'Replace' option and choose your reason for replacement. Kindly add more details in the note section.
  3. Depending on your selected reason, your replacement request may have to undergo a verification process. Our team will reach out to you in case of any further details required
  4. The courier partner will collect the product for return. Kindly have all the requisite items necessary for a smooth return process.
  5. In case, return pick up facility is not available on your location, you must arrange for returning the product on the same address as the shipping address mentioned on the invoice.
  6. If 'Self pick up' was opted while pacing the order, you must arrange for the return as well.
  7. Refund/Replacement will be initiated, if applicable.
  8. Refund/Replacements may take up to 7-10 days.
